100 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in India

Our 100 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in India is designed for beginners as well Yoga practitioners who, due to time constraints or any other reason, aren’t able to do the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at once. For the students who are unable to complete their 200 hour TTC at once, we offer them an opportunity to complete the course in two halves.

We highly encourage all students to return and complete the other half of their course and earn the Yoga Alliance certified 200 Hour Teacher Training Certificate that enables them to teach as Yoga mentors anywhere in the world.

Our 100 hrs Yoga Teacher Training in India is crafted specifically keeping in mind the beginners of yoga practice. The course offers them a chance to gradually mould themselves into a yogic lifestyle through thoughtful guidance and a dedicated daily schedule. Our students are provided with all the study material they require to undergo their yoga practice efficiently, including but not limited to stationery, yoga mats, neti pots, and much more. We do not require our students to bring any of these with them or even buy them.

All our students are provided with individual yoga kits that include yoga mats as well as equipment such as neti pots that are required for their yoga practice.

Complimentary T-shirts

All our students get a complimentary T-shirt that they can wear for their yoga practice. If any of the students require an additional T-shirt or a hoodie, they can buy it from the ashram at a nominal price of INR 300 and INR 600, respectively.

Complimentary Excursions

The ashram arranged for three complimentary excursions during a month-long program. These excursions often give our students a chance to experience the local temples, waterfalls, caves, and other places of importance.

Accommodation

We provide comfortable, spacious accommodation to all our students so they can enjoy their time here at the ashram during their yoga teacher training course.

Food

Our kitchen staff take special care in creating meals for all our students. All our meals are cooked keeping in mind the health and nutritional factors, which is why we like to observe Ayurvedic cooking techniques. We also take great care towards making special meals for vegans and those with extra dietary needs.

Transportation

The travel duration between Dehradun Airport and the Ashram is approximately two and a half hours. We provide complimentary pick and drop facilities to all our students between the airport and the ashram.
