Accommodation

We have open, comfortable, and spacious ashram-style accommodation facing towards the Ganges for our students to enjoy their time at the ashram during their yoga teacher training in India.

Ayurveda Food

Our kitchen staff specializes in preparing Indian and Garhwali dishes (local variety) for the students. We consume fresh spring water in our daily routine.
All our meals are cooked with health and nutritional factors in mind, which is why we like to observe Ayurvedic cooking methods.
We also take great initiative in making special meals for vegans and those with extra dietary needs.

Transportation

The travel duration between Dehradun Airport and the Ashram is approximately two and a half hours.
In addition, we offer complimentary pick-and-drop facilities to our students between the airport and the ashram.
